Cookie policy
Last updated 29 October 2026
fabfresh.pro stores a choice on your browser. It does not load an advertising network, a tag manager, or a remote font service. The typefaces are files served with the site.
The cookies
| Name | What it keeps | How long |
|---|---|---|
| avir_consent | Whether you chose essential only, or also neighbourhood memory | 6 months |
| avir_area | The neighbourhood selected on the booking page. Set only if you allowed it. | 6 months |
Essential
Essential means the consent cookie alone. The booking form still works. We simply do not refill the neighbourhood next time.
Neighbourhood
If you allow it, the area you pick is written into avir_area when you prepare a visit note, and read back on the next visit to the booking page. It is a convenience for people who book more than once from the same flat. It is not shared with another site.
How to change the choice
Use the button below. It clears both cookies and shows the banner again. You can also clear cookies for this site in the browser settings. Until you choose, the banner stays.
What we do not use
No analytics pixel, no social plug-in, no map embed that would set a third-party cookie. WhatsApp opens only if you follow the link yourself after preparing a note. The privacy policy covers the booking record once a message actually reaches the desk.
