04 — The visit
We text when the van is downstairs.
Arrival windows are two hours. The machine is about the size of a carry-on standing up, and the hose reaches a normal living room from the entrance hall. Walk-ups: tell us the stair count. Above a third floor with no lift, we need a lift that takes a 90 cm machine.
The hour
A three-seat, start to finish.
Label and seam
If dye moves, that panel is left alone and the price is adjusted before we continue.
Dry soil
Sand and hair. This is the part people underestimate, and the part the coast demands.
Extract
Pre-spray, dwell where a stain needs it, then the wand. Spots of protein or wine are treated on their own.
Groom
Cushions on edge. A plain-language note of when to sit, and what not to spill tonight.
Payment
Card terminal, Bit to the desk mobile, or cash. The invoice matches the menu unless we agreed a change on site.
Before we arrive
A metre of floor, and the dog elsewhere.
Pull the coffee table forward if it is light enough. Put fragile objects off the arms. If the sofa is a sofa-bed, say so when you book — the mechanism adds time. Nursery mattresses are welcome; book them as a cot.
Parking in the old south can sit 150 metres off. We carry from there. If a building requires a code, send it that morning on WhatsApp.

Minimum invoice ₪340. Performance cloth (Impala and similar) adds ₪40. A protein or old-urine protocol adds ₪90 when it needs a dwell. Oversized sectionals are confirmed from a photo.
