The law we work under
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13, which has been in force since 14 August 2025. We do not sell lists. We do not run advertising tags on this website. If a right under the law cannot be narrowed by a sentence on a website, that right stands.
What this website stores
Reading the pages does not require an account. The site asks you to choose what this browser may remember. The essential cookie avir_consent stores that choice for six months. If you allow it, avir_area stores the neighbourhood you picked on the booking page, so the next note starts in the right city. Fonts are files on this site, not a call to a font service. Details are in the cookie policy.
What a booking contains
When you prepare a visit note, the page collects your name, phone number, neighbourhood, the pieces you ticked, a day, a window, and whatever you typed in the note. That text is assembled in your browser. It reaches us when you send it on WhatsApp, read it over the phone, or email it. We then keep it in the desk’s booking record: the visit book, the message thread, and the invoice.
Photos of a sofa or a stain, when you send them, are used to confirm price and fibre. They are not published. The visit notes on the room page are written by the desk from the work itself and do not name a customer.
Why we keep it
- To arrange, carry out, and invoice the visit you asked for.
- To know the stair count, the cloth, and whether a previous pass left a tide mark we should come back for.
- To meet tax and bookkeeping duties on the invoice.
- Because you agreed, when the matter is optional — neighbourhood memory in the browser, or a photo you chose to send.
If you send the note on WhatsApp, the message also goes through WhatsApp’s own service (Meta). That is a separate processing by them, under their terms, the moment you press send. If you would rather not use it, call the desk or write to desk@fabfresh.pro. The price is the same.
Who sees it
Yael at the desk, and the technician on that route — Omri or Noa. A card payment is taken on a terminal at the flat and is processed by the terminal provider; we do not store the full card number. Bit payments go to the desk mobile. We do not pass the visit book to a marketing network. We will disclose a record if Israeli law, a court, or the Privacy Protection Authority requires it.
How long
Booking details stay for as long as we may need them for a return visit and for the books: invoices and the identity attached to them are kept for the period Israeli tax rules require, generally seven years. A message thread about a visit is cleared earlier when it is no longer needed to honour the 48-hour tide-mark return, unless it is part of the invoice record. Browser cookies follow the periods in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, and ask for deletion where the law allows — an invoice we are required to keep is a usual reason to refuse deletion of that document. Write to privacy@fabfresh.pro. We may need to confirm the phone number on the booking before we discuss it. You may also complain to the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice.
Children
A parent or guardian books a nursery mattress. We do not take a booking in a child’s name or collect a child’s phone number.
Security
The desk phone and the booking messages are limited to the people who run the route. The website itself does not keep a database of the form — until you send the note, it has not left the browser. No method of sending a phone number is perfect. If you believe a message reached the wrong person, call the desk and we will treat that visit note as compromised and confirm by voice.
